We will be starting a Yoga class at DOCS Gym. Typically these workouts run about 90 minutes and could be a combination of Hot Yoga, Vinyasa and Static Vinyasa (also known by some as Hot Power Fusion or Warrior Heat). Times have not been set yet. Please let us know if this is something that you are interested in so I can contact you with the specifics as they develop.

New Tae Kwon Do Class!!!

DOCS Gym is proud to add a new class to our line-up: Tae Kwon Do, twice a week beginning on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010.
The initial schedule will be: -Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:30 pm. -Saturdays from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
We are looking forward to teaching you!
