DOCS Gym Belt-Rank Test and Party

DOCS Gym Belt-Rank test, party and “open workout”:  Saturday, December 18th, 2010.  Please mark your calendars and plan to attend.  Bring friends as well, no mat fees will be expected that day.

This will be a “pot luck” party and, since we have so many members and friends from around the world, we are encouraging people to bring ethnic foods from their home countries.

The exact time is not set for sure but we may start the promotion testing at about 10:00 AM.

Some will also be gathering at Fogo de Chao later in the day for dinner (downtown Minneapolis).

Belt Rank Testing for Kids Judo and Adult BJJ

DOCS is having a belt rank test or Kids Judo and adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on Saturday, June 26th, 2010. The promotions for Kids Judo will start at 11:30am and immediately following is Adult BJJ.

NOTE: The new Tae Kwon Do Class will start right after the belt tests are over.

Upcoming Events for June 2010

Weekend of June 5th and 6th, BJJ “Worlds” in California.

June 5th, Sat, Judo belt rank test for adults and teens at DOCS.

June 6th, Sun, Free Tae Kwon Do class at DOCS, 11 AM.

June 6th, Sun, Self Defense Class at DOCS, 1 pm to 3 pm.  Pre-register at:www.forcemanagementacademy.com.

DOCS is also planing another belt rank promotion for Kids’ Judo and Adult BJJ in June. Exact date will be announced.
