Our 2nd Yoga workout is this Saturday, Feb 5th, 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Natasha Bachman leads the class. DOCS Gym has Yoga mats and blocks and straps for you to use. You may wish to bring your own mat and possibly a towel. Fee is $15 with 50% discount for DOCS members. If you think you can make it please reply but reservations are not necessary. Please be on time because the doors are locked when class starts. No experience is necessary…try Yoga!
7th Annual Winter Classic Judo Tournament (DOCS closed!!)

This Saturday, Jan 22nd, the 7th Annual Winter Classic Judo tournament will be hosted in St. Paul. This is a fun local tournament and is a great opportunity to gain competition experience. Even if Judo is not your primary sport the competition experience transfers to other fighting arts. Lets car pool and get a great turn out this weekend.

DOCS Gym Thanksgiving weekend schedule

No Tae Kwon Do class on Wednesday, 11-24-2010. Closed on Thursday, 11-25-2010. Open Friday at 6:00 pm for kids Judo class, and at 7:00 pm for open mat. Saturday and Sunday there will be no Tae Kwon Do class but BJJ will be as usual at 1:00 pm. Judo class Saturday at 3:00 pm as usual.
